Mr NEO Jia Wei

As Manager of the Climate Science Research Programme office (CSRPO) within the Centre for Climate for Research Singapore (CCRS), Jia Wei is responsible for project management and coordination activities related to CCRS/CSRPO-based research projects which include developing project plans and schedules, generating funding initiative reports, producing project progress reports and regular engaging with national stakeholders. Jia Wei also facilitates collaborative partnerships across various research constituencies.

Prior to joining CCRS, Jia Wei worked as a project manager for a firm in Singapore where he was responsible for delivering environmental-related projects to both public agencies and private organizations. Jia Wei possess several professional certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master and Six Sigma Black Belt which demonstrate expertise in project management, agile and process improvement.
