Ms Elaine CHAN
As Assistant Manager of the Climate and Weather Research Programme office (CWRPO), Elaine is responsible for administrative management of CWRPO-based research programmes which include the development of project plans and schedules, generating progress reports and regular engagement with national stakeholders. Elaine also facilitates collaborative partnerships across various research constituencies
