By Car / Taxi
- From PIE, exit at Eunos (Exit 9).
- Drive towards Eunos Link and straight towards Hougang Avenue 3.
- Turn left into Kim Chuan Road.
- CCRS is the building on the corner just before Tai Seng Avenue.
By Public Transport
- CCRS is also accessible by the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) train system. Take the Circle Line and alight at Tai Seng Station (CC11).
- Walk along Upper Paya Lebar Road and turn right into Kim Chuan Road.
- Walk past Tai Seng Avenue and the first building you see on the corner is CCRS. The walk from Tai Seng Station is about 15 minutes.
