Dr Yanyan CHENG

Dr Yanyan Cheng’s current research specialises in the development of next-generation Earth system models, with a focus on the assessment of land surface processes in the Maritime Continent. She is an Earth system modeller and hydrologist, with extensive research experience in developing and optimising hydrological and Earth system models. She has been working on advancing our understanding of water, carbon, and energy cycle dynamics associated with climate and land use/land cover changes across various scales.
