Mr Aron LOH

As Executive Manager of the Climate and Weather Research Programme Office (CWRPO), Aron is responsible for the administrative management of CWRPO-based research programmes, which includes developing project plans and schedules, generating progress reports, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring projects adhere to guidelines.

Prior to joining CCRS, Aron worked at the Public Utilities Board (PUB) as an Executive Engineer and Grant Administrator for industrial projects promoting water recycling and conducting investigative work. Before that, during the COVID pandemic, he served as a Senior Research Officer at the National Environment Agency (NEA), Environmental Health Institute (EHI), investigating COVID transmission cases in indoor premises and translating findings into advisories. Aron was also a full-time researcher and master’s research student at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Nanyang Environment & Water Research Institute (NEWRI), where he worked on water treatment technology projects with various stakeholders and industrial partners and conducted laboratory work in water research.
