Ms Elaine CHAN
As Assistant Manager of the Climate Science Research Programme office (CSRPO) within the Centre for Climate for Research Singapore (CCRS), Elaine is responsible for administrative management of CCRS/CSRPO-based research programmes which include the development of project plans and schedules, generating progress reports and regular engagement with national stakeholders. Elaine also facilitates collaborative partnerships across various research constituencies
