Mr YAN Hailin
Hailin has a strong background in engineering physics and software engineering. Before joining CCRS, he had been working as a senior IT officer at the Bureau of Meteorology, Australia. He has participated in atmosphere-ocean coupled modeling system setup, ensemble weather prediction system design, and operational seasonal weather prediction post processing system using the Rose and Cylc workflow engine. He also has over 30 years of experience in IT and the earth science and environmental modeling community.
