Dr Chen CHEN
Dr Chen Chen is Head of the Numerical Weather Prediction Branch at CCRS. Her research combines weather and climate science with artificial intelligence, spanning timescales from weather forecasting to climate change projections. She contributed to Singapore’s Third National Climate Change Study (V3), which underpins national climate adaptation and resilience planning. Her current interests include next-generation weather forecasting in a changing climate, and AI applications for weather and climate. Dr Chen serves on the Editorial Board of Environmental Data Science, and is a member of the WMO WCRP Digital Earths Data Fusion for Climate Working Group.
